About the role
As Quality and Risk Coordinator, you will coordinate and support the effective implementation, administration, and continual improvement for the organisation. This role supports the maintenance of quality standards, accreditation requirements, and internal audit processes, and assists the organisation in aligning its activities with relevant legislative and regulatory obligations. This position contributes to the ongoing maintenance of accreditation standards while promoting a practical, culturally safe and organisation- wide approach to quality, risk and compliance.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate and support the administration of Kalwun’s quality and compliance system to assist organisational compliance across all functions including risk
- Provide support to the Executive Leadership Group on the assessment, management and reporting of organisational risk, regulatory compliance, quality and accreditation
- Develop an annual Internal Audit schedule and conduct internal audits to test the robustness of controlled documentation, organisational processes, strategic risks and tracking of corrective actions to ensure continuous compliance
- Support Kalwun business units & head office in maintaining accreditation against individual business unit standards, ensuring the organisation meets or exceeds requirements
- Support the coordination of external audits and assessments for accreditation certifications
- Maintain organisational quality and compliance registers, including document control, version management, and review cycles
- Support staff induction processes relating to quality and compliance, including access to policies, procedures, and systems
- Provide ongoing support & training for Kalwun staff in the use of the QMS (Logiqc).

Essential selection criteria
- Demonstrated experience and/or qualification in Quality and/or Business/Risk Management
- Strong knowledge and experience employing quality and risk initiatives, with proven ability to facilitate continuous improvement and the achievement of compliance with legislation and standards
- Demonstrated ability in data and systems analysis, with a particular focus on identifying trends, creating efficiencies, and subsequent development of high-level documents and reports
- Demonstrated ability to promote a culture of quality and risk in the work environment.

- Current drivers' license.
